How can I book a tour?

You can place an application on our website by filling out the form below the description of each excursion. Fill in your details in the form and submit a request. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. We will also contact you and provide all the necessary information on your tour and the exact time!

You can also book a tour by writing to us in WhatsApp, Viber or social networks..

How do we know the time of departure for the excursion from our hotel?

After booking the excursion, we will contact you and let you know the exact time when the transport will pick you up from your hotel. A pick-up service from the hotel is included in the tour price. We pick up all our clients from their place of residence for free and bring them back after the end of the tour. You will receive confirmation and you do not need to pay an additional transfer fee from the Belek regions.

Do I need to reconfirm my booking after checking in?

No, this is not necessary. You must wait for transport at the exit from the hotel at the time that we told you in the application. You don't need to make any additional calls. If you made a request in advance and by the time of your tour the departure time has changed, we will definitely notify you in advance!

Can I confirm the application again by phone?

If you want, you can write to us at any time and get any information on your excursion and clarify the necessary data. We will be happy to answer all your questions.

From which districts of Belek do you pick up for excursions?

We will pick you up for free from the following regions: Belek, Kadriye, Bogazkent, Serik, Kundu and from anywhere on these routes. If you are not sure in which area your hotel is located, you can contact us and clarify.

Do I need to leave the hotel?

We pick up our clients from their hotels. To do this, you must provide us with the exact name of the hotel and the address, and we can pinpoint your exact location. Transport will be waiting for you at the exit from the hotel, at the gate.

Do I need to give my room number?

No, it is not necessary. But knowing your room number, we can easily find you in case of your delay or misunderstanding over time. If we do not see you at the exit from the hotel, then we will ask the hotel employee at the reception to contact you by the room number. Your room number gives you more benefits. If you book excursions before check-in at the hotel, please indicate your full name and surname. This is how we can find your hotel room.

How will you find me at the hotel?

We can easily see you at the exit from the hotel. The bus driver will have your data and he will ask you. Since some hotels are not allowed to enter, we ask you to wait for transport at the hotel gates or at the gate, where the hotel security is on duty. Please contact us in case of transport delays
